Guidelines for Beginning a Street Children Ministry

Recently Jeff Anderson, ACTION street children missionary in the Philippines, gave some guideline suggestions to a ministry in the Ukraine regarding beginning a ministry to street children. We thought these seven points might be applicable to share with others in ministry to street and underprivileged children worldwide.
